Our mission is to provide healthy and delicious food for kids, but not kids’ food. We inspire open minds by introducing foods from different cultures. Our footprint is reduced by composting leftovers and using green containers. Additionally, we are committed to giving back and boosting school fundraising.


Our promise is to ease the stress on parents, schools, PACs, and teachers, to make lunch the easy and enjoyable experience it used to be.  We love food!

Foodie Kids worked with our Farm to School Greater Vancouver group to provide a delicious, healthy, local, sustainable meal for a learning and networking event. Fresh Roots Schoolyard Market Garden’s produce, picked the day before the event, and a Bibimap recipe developed to incorporate local, sustainable food, and meet the Guidelines for Food and Beverage Sales in B.C. schools, resulted in rave reviews from participants. We deeply appreciate Foodie Kids Inc.’s commitment to meeting our needs, helping to support healthy students and communities, and building a strong, local food system for everyone!

I am a mother of three and have lived on the North Shore for over 10 years. I have also been involved with my kids’ hot lunch program for the past 5 years, 3 of them as co-ordinator. During this period, I have learned a great deal about how to provide delicious and nutritious lunches to kids, while minimizing volunteer problems

My proudest culinary accomplishment has been being able to teach my children about real food, and understand the cultural background behind the foods they are eating. It has made them gain more from our family trips!

I hope to share this with your kids as well.
